… Our training regimen includes a combination of: 1) Weightlifting: developing the ability to control external objects and to produce power. 2) Gymnastics / Bodyweight exercises: establishes functional capacity for body control and range of motion 3) Metabolic Conditioning / Cardio: builds capacity in each of the three metabolic pathways, beginning with aerobic, then lactic acid, and then phosphocreatine pathways.
